1. Return at Time of Delivery

We offer a convenient Return with Courier at Doorstep service. You may inspect your item upon delivery, and if it doesn’t meet your expectations, simply hand it back to the courier on the spot. Kindly note that the return shipping fee will be charged to the customer.

2. Exchange Requests

Should you wish to exchange an item, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability, and return shipping fees apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Sale or Final Sale are not eligible for exchange or return under any condition.

4. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
• Be in their original condition: unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
• Show no signs of wear, damage, scent, or alteration.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
